How To Recruit Your Team The EASY & Smart Way!

Today we want to share, how you can recruit your team the smart way. If this is your first experience doing a MLM or Direct Selling or Network Marketing business understand that nobody wants to join you. You have to create the interest for them to see the opportunity. The ONLY way this can be done is to get them to see the big picture as soon as possible. The best way is to get your prospect to attend an event. So how do we do it?

Firstly understand that today, people are more busy especially with all their gadgets and technology. We need to make it simple but massive. This is how we do it. We focus our approach using emails, FB, social media, whatsapp, basically free communication!

Here are the steps that we use. Basically you can just copy paste and make it your own. Trust us it works!!!

This is for Business Opportunity

1. Send out to your name list via email/whatsapp/FB (make sure send personal & DO NOT SEND to a group):

Assalamualaikum & Hi (prospect's name), I just started in American Company looking for 5 more people to make extra RM1,000-2,000 part-time and much more full-time. Do you want more info? SMS/Whatsapp/PM me now. (YOURNAME) Tqtqtq

2. If they reply saying yes, they are interested, reply with these 2 questions.

Great! Before that, I need to ask you these 2 questions:

1. What sort of work are you doing at the moment?

2. Are you looking to work part time or full time?

3. If they reply, answer with the following statement:

Great let me tell you about our company - We are an International company dealing with healthcare, wellness and personal care. Last year we did US$7.5 Billion in 94 countries – We’ve only  been open in Malaysia for 8 years now – what we’re looking for, is a few key people to work with in customer service, support and recruitment, training and team building - earning up to RM 2,000 – RM 10,000 per month part time or a lot more full time.

If you are serious, your next step is to attend an information session, company orientation and interview.

4. If they reply, you continue with the invitation: (MAKE SURE YOU PROMOTE TO THE NEAREST EVENT)

We have available this Sunday, 11th January 2015 at 9:45am at  14th Floor Hotel Berjaya Times Square,KL. Please contact me on this number (your H/P) on arrival and I will greet you, ok? 

(You’re already assuming that they are available and can attend…unless they tell you otherwise) 

5. If they say YES! Reply with this.

Fantastic! I will SMS/whatsapp you all the confirmation details.

6. If the Prospect replies “Can I get back to you?”, you reply:

Sorry I have 10 people to see and you are the 9^th person. So do you want to reserve a seat or not?

7. If the Prospect replies “Is this MLM or Direct sales?”, you reply:

No door knocking or telemarketing is required or would you be interested in that?

8. For question 7, whatever the answer is you reply with:

Great! You’re the person we’re looking for.

Note: You want people to take a look not prejudge over the internet/phone about our company.

9. Prospect: “Can I bring someone with me”?

Let me just check my booking list first. 

After a few minutes reply with:

Ok we can allow 1 more seat as we are nearly booked out.

REMEMBER: They have shown interest, don’t spend time trying to convince them or tell them too much over the chat or phone you’ll lose them.

Once agreed to attend HOM/event. Send Confirmation SMS:            

Hi (Prospects Name), as discussed your booked for Sunday morning, 11th January 2015 for company Information session, orientation & interview, 9:45am 14th Floor Hotel Berjaya Times Square,KL, BY BOOKING ONLY. Contact me on this H/P on arrival. Regards, (YOUR NAME)

Alhamdulillah in 2014 We Started Kelab Sihat Kita (KSK) Masjid Saidina Abu Bakar As-Siddiq (MSABA) Bangsar!!!

Alhamdulillah, we have started our very own nutrition club - Kelab Sihat Kita (KSK) Masjid Saidina Abu Bakar As-Siddiq (MSABA). The best part is that it is in our mosque at Masjid Saidina Abu Bakar As-Siddiq, Bangsar! Alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah. Thank you Allah for giving us this wonderful opportunity to serve our community. Thank you also to MSABA for believing and giving us the amazing opportunity. Alhamdulillah, we started on 22nd August 2014 after attending our NCIP training. Alhamdulillah everyday we look forward to serving our club members and meeting new people to share and help about good nutrition and the importance of leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

We have provided FREE inner scan or body analysis service for up 200 people from all walks of life from people all over the country who stopped by the mosque to pray. Alhamdulillah it has been a wonderful experience. We have made new friends and InsyaAllah we pray to Allah that we will meet more people that we can help in the future. We are looking forward to a great 2015!!!

We have also served more than 200 shakes at our club with more than 30 club members and a lot of them have registered to become Herbalife members and are now taking the products on a daily basis.

Adakah Formula 1 Shake Ada Sticker KKM?

Alhamdulillah, baru2x ini ada terima soalan bertanyakan produk F1 Herbalife ada tak sticker KKM. JAWAPANNYA TIADA!

Jadi kami tanyakan soalan ini kepada seorang pegawai di Unit Biotek, Bahagian Daftar Ubat , Jabatan Farmasi KKM. Menurutnya ada 2 kategori iaitu samada ubat atau suplement. Kalau makanan tak perlu sticker tetapi suplement perlu sticker. F1 Herbalife adalah makanan so tak perlu sticker! Wow!

Memang betul, kita boleh semak F1, F3 dan tea mix semua tiada sticker KKM tetapi aloe vera, calcium plus, fish oil semua ada KKM sticker. So tak perlu risau kita memang selamat untuk digunakan. InsyaAllah.

Lessons from Venuzuela

Wow! What an incredible sharing that we had last weekend. On Saturday we had opportunity to listen to Edgar Balbas from Venuzuela, Chairman's Club member & Herbalife Independent Distributor for the past 20 years! Amazing!

One of the skills that he has learned in life and as a HL distributor is never give up!

To him HL is a gold mine that keeps on getting bigger and bigger everyday. This is because each day more and more people are discovering better health through the products and also the amazing business opportunity to change their lives! More stories are created and more gold is created every single day!

He started out in HL the same as everybody else by purchasing an IBP which was empty. It did not come with any products, customers or distributors. You have to work the business.

2 lesssons that he shared that has led him to his success:
1. NEVER LET OTHER PEOPLE's OPINIONS STEAL YOUR DREAMS.
2. The MAGIC WORD IN HL IS - NEXT!

The name of the game is results! Less talking and more doing.

Focus on your results - products and business!

Never buy the excuses of your distributors or customers. Help transform excuses into motivation.

Keep it simple. Don't get complicated. People ONLY want to know 2 things:
1. Does the product work? &
2. How much?

Sometimes the numbers can be against YOU. The most important distributor in your group stays - YOU!

During adversity, you can do 2 things:
1. Keep complaining and all will be the same or worse.
2. Use the product, wear the button & talk to more people - GUARANTEE THINGS WILL GET BETTER!

Today just going through the notes and wanting to recap what Mr Sridar had said.

Firstly he said we have to THINK BIG! This will help to keep the momentum going.

You create the momentum and energy in your life and in your business.

Stay FOCUS and always look for solutions. See the opportunity for what it is not the problem or the challenges. Know everything that you can about what you are doing.

Wow! Herbalife memang luar biasa. Semasa Zero2hero baru2x ini banyak sangat perkongsian yang menarik. Antaranya adalah tentang Outer Nutrition Herbalife. Ianya bukan skin care tetapi makanan untuk kulit kita.

Kulit kita merupakan organ terbesar badan kita dan 60% daripada kulit kita adalah air.
