How To Recruit Your Team The EASY & Smart Way!

Today we want to share, how you can recruit your team the smart way. If this is your first experience doing a MLM or Direct Selling or Network Marketing business understand that nobody wants to join you. You have to create the interest for them to see the opportunity. The ONLY way this can be done is to get them to see the big picture as soon as possible. The best way is to get your prospect to attend an event. So how do we do it?

Firstly understand that today, people are more busy especially with all their gadgets and technology. We need to make it simple but massive. This is how we do it. We focus our approach using emails, FB, social media, whatsapp, basically free communication!

Here are the steps that we use. Basically you can just copy paste and make it your own. Trust us it works!!!

This is for Business Opportunity

1. Send out to your name list via email/whatsapp/FB (make sure send personal & DO NOT SEND to a group):

Assalamualaikum & Hi (prospect's name), I just started in American Company looking for 5 more people to make extra RM1,000-2,000 part-time and much more full-time. Do you want more info? SMS/Whatsapp/PM me now. (YOURNAME) Tqtqtq

2. If they reply saying yes, they are interested, reply with these 2 questions.

Great! Before that, I need to ask you these 2 questions:

1. What sort of work are you doing at the moment?

2. Are you looking to work part time or full time?

3. If they reply, answer with the following statement:

Great let me tell you about our company - We are an International company dealing with healthcare, wellness and personal care. Last year we did US$7.5 Billion in 94 countries – We’ve only  been open in Malaysia for 8 years now – what we’re looking for, is a few key people to work with in customer service, support and recruitment, training and team building - earning up to RM 2,000 – RM 10,000 per month part time or a lot more full time.

If you are serious, your next step is to attend an information session, company orientation and interview.

4. If they reply, you continue with the invitation: (MAKE SURE YOU PROMOTE TO THE NEAREST EVENT)

We have available this Sunday, 11th January 2015 at 9:45am at  14th Floor Hotel Berjaya Times Square,KL. Please contact me on this number (your H/P) on arrival and I will greet you, ok? 

(You’re already assuming that they are available and can attend…unless they tell you otherwise) 

5. If they say YES! Reply with this.

Fantastic! I will SMS/whatsapp you all the confirmation details.

6. If the Prospect replies “Can I get back to you?”, you reply:

Sorry I have 10 people to see and you are the 9^th person. So do you want to reserve a seat or not?

7. If the Prospect replies “Is this MLM or Direct sales?”, you reply:

No door knocking or telemarketing is required or would you be interested in that?

8. For question 7, whatever the answer is you reply with:

Great! You’re the person we’re looking for.

Note: You want people to take a look not prejudge over the internet/phone about our company.

9. Prospect: “Can I bring someone with me”?

Let me just check my booking list first. 

After a few minutes reply with:

Ok we can allow 1 more seat as we are nearly booked out.

REMEMBER: They have shown interest, don’t spend time trying to convince them or tell them too much over the chat or phone you’ll lose them.

Once agreed to attend HOM/event. Send Confirmation SMS:            

Hi (Prospects Name), as discussed your booked for Sunday morning, 11th January 2015 for company Information session, orientation & interview, 9:45am 14th Floor Hotel Berjaya Times Square,KL, BY BOOKING ONLY. Contact me on this H/P on arrival. Regards, (YOUR NAME)

You can translate to BM as well if you want. Otherwise just copy paste :)

In fact you can use for any business that need you to get a team together. Keep it simple. Remember the key to success in Network Marketing is duplication.
