Lessons from Venuzuela

Wow! What an incredible sharing that we had last weekend. On Saturday we had opportunity to listen to Edgar Balbas from Venuzuela, Chairman's Club member & Herbalife Independent Distributor for the past 20 years! Amazing!

One of the skills that he has learned in life and as a HL distributor is never give up!

To him HL is a gold mine that keeps on getting bigger and bigger everyday. This is because each day more and more people are discovering better health through the products and also the amazing business opportunity to change their lives! More stories are created and more gold is created every single day!

He started out in HL the same as everybody else by purchasing an IBP which was empty. It did not come with any products, customers or distributors. You have to work the business.

2 lesssons that he shared that has led him to his success:
1. NEVER LET OTHER PEOPLE's OPINIONS STEAL YOUR DREAMS.
2. The MAGIC WORD IN HL IS - NEXT!

The name of the game is results! Less talking and more doing.

Focus on your results - products and business!

Never buy the excuses of your distributors or customers. Help transform excuses into motivation.

Keep it simple. Don't get complicated. People ONLY want to know 2 things:
1. Does the product work? &
2. How much?

Sometimes the numbers can be against YOU. The most important distributor in your group stays - YOU!

During adversity, you can do 2 things:
1. Keep complaining and all will be the same or worse.
2. Use the product, wear the button & talk to more people - GUARANTEE THINGS WILL GET BETTER!

The Harder I Work The Luckier I Get!

Alhamdulillah, this year we had the opportunity to attend our 3rd Spectacular! It was last weekend on 10-12 Jan @ Mines.

Today just going through the notes and wanting to recap what Mr Sridar had said.

Firstly he said we have to THINK BIG! This will help to keep the momentum going.

You create the momentum and energy in your life and in your business.

Stay FOCUS and always look for solutions. See the opportunity for what it is not the problem or the challenges. Know everything that you can about what you are doing.

Remember THE HARDER I WORK THE LUCKIER I GET!

See yourselves as victories! Be smart & most importantly never give up.

THINK BIG! WINNERS KEEP ON GOING!

Be in the winners circle, build your brand. Have a strong desire to succeed. DESIRE is the beginning of all achievement.

We know, most of us know what we need to be in order to be successful - THAT IS TRUE WE DO.

BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS DOING IT. KNOWING IS NOT ENOUGH WE MUST DO!

The question is - Why can't I do what I know I have to do.

That is why we need to have dreams, we need to aspire before we can achieve.

To aspire means to have a great ambition or ultimate goal and desire to achieve something strongly.

TAKE CHARGE! Apply the following 3 steps:
1. Practice self control & discipline.
2. LEARNING from TEACHING
3. Learn from successful people.

LEARN - PRACTICE - PERFECT - PERFORM & TEACH

Understand better to perform better. As distributors we need to spend reasonable time to acquire skills at different levels of the business.
